Mr. Joseph Muendo Musyoka is the founder and director of HPC. Happy Promotion Center (HPC) is a non-formal school based in Mukuru Kwa Njenga which is an informal settlement in the heart of Nairobi city. Joseph also works with the Saturday activity ensuring things are running smoothly and according to plan. Joseph is a family man, married with kids.

Joseph has a special place for the kids in the informal sector in his heart. He narrates that after seeing the hardship experienced in that area, he with the support of others including but not limited to Saori, assisted in providing funds to purchase the parcel of land and develop a school,

Joseph developed HPC and subsidized the school fees to enable the children from the neighbouring communities around Mukuru to attend and access knowledge. Joseph works closely with the Saturday activity to ensure all the logistics are prepared for that day. It's his payer that every kid from the informal sector has access to quality education.
